Unveiling The Genius Behind Our Bespoke Modular Construction
Andddd that’s a wrap… just in time for Christmas!
Over the past 2 months, we were tasked with designing and building a cutting-edge workshop for one of our clients, utilising an existing empty 40ft container and a new NFC model.
The result was a completely bespoke model constructed by combining units, allowing the team to create a beautiful open-plan workshop that met the clients functional and operational requirements.
This model needed to be well-lit and have lots of working space. For this reason, it was designed with a large open floor plan, bi-folding doors, multiple floor-to-ceiling windows, and skylights to flood plenty of natural light into the unit. With an 8- week turnaround we began construction on our site and completed at our clients’ facilities combining the two units and fitting them with a full electrical installation and finished internally with hardwood plywood. The team completed the project working off grid whilst ensuring minimal impact to the client’s operations, working closely with both client and contractors.
