Crafted by upcycling two 40-foot containers and merging them together, The 416 offers 640 square feet of creative space. With such a large square footage, there’s plenty of opportunity to build something truly customised to your lifestyle.

One of the standout features of this project is its intricate, client-driven design. The kitchen, which was upgraded and personally designed, features a vibrant pop of colour with a sleek layout and custom shelving units to maximise storage. An additional stable-style door was installed between the kitchen and the utility room to elevate convenience and functionality.

To enhance the connection with the outdoors, the client chose to install two elegant bifold doors—one opening from the living area and the other from the bedroom. These additions flood the space with natural light, provide easy access to the garden, and invite fresh air, creating a bright, airy ambiance. The kitchen seamlessly integrates with the open-plan living area, offering a layout that is both spacious and cozy, perfect for comfortable living and entertaining.

The 416 model prioritises both aesthetics and durability. Standard laminate oak-effect flooring throughout offers a warm, natural look while standing up to daily wear with crisp white, paint  finished walls, leaving certain sections primed and ready for our client’s personal touch.
